The G20 is key to addressing negative spillovers. High-income countries, including G20 members, perform well on SDGs domestically but cause negative impacts abroad. Our policy brief provides three recommendations: monitor spillovers, foster multilateral cooperation, and integrate spillovers into the 2030 Agenda.
